The #1 Common Mistake made Buying & Building a Pool

It’s rare that a pool builder has intentions on delaying your project, running into unforeseen problems or not servicing warranty issues after the sale. Yet circumstances change in the pool building world, and when they do, it’s best that you are one of their V.I.P. customers. These types of customers are the first to get taken care of when schedule’s get delayed by subcontractors weather or financial issues.

How do you become a V.I.P customer? You become part of a large group of customers going into the pool buying process. Naturally if you are a lone pool customer, and problems arise like they sometimes do, who do you think the builder is going to take care of 1st, a lone customer, who is usually a one-time deal or a customer who is in a large group of referred customers? V.I.P. customers are usually those referred by Realtors, Bankers, Architects, Landscapers, Pool Consultants, Home Builders, and Pool referral services.

The reason you become a V.I.P. customer when you’re referred by one of these businesses is that they give the pool builders allot of steady work and the pool builder must take care of their customers in order to continue receiving referrals. So when you go into the process alone, that’s what you are “on your own”. If you can get on the V.I.P. list, you are most likely going to get the best price quote along with a better quality of service. So I highly recommend you go to Pool builders through one of their referral resources or find a home builder, banker, etc. to refer you to a pool builder. You should also try our FREE referral service, although we cannot promise we have associate builders in your area, we promise we will try our best to help you. You have nothing to loose using our service and we hope you enjoy our FREE E-Book Pool Plans. Whether or not you use our service. We suggest you read it before starting your pool buying process so you can understand the views of a Pool Builder before hand. Face it, there is allot of bad rap out there on pool builders, and for good reason. Always do your due diligence before choosing your pool builder.

Good Luck on Your Pool,
Sincerely, Bo Licatino
